Milwaukee, WI – Renee Kuhs recently joined M3 Insurance as a Senior Compliance Attorney. Renee assists employers in proactively managing risk associated with their employee benefit plans. In this capacity, she consults with and advises employers on compliance obligations surrounding HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, Section 125, wellness plans, and the Affordable Care Act.
Renee brings with her over twenty years of experience with the complex legal requirements associated with health insurance plans. Most recently, Renee has served as a Compliance Attorney at HNI, and worked for a consulting firm helping employers understand the impact of the Affordable Care Act on their organizations.
