Rebecca Menefee Joins M3 as Employee Benefits Sales Manager

Milwaukee, WI – Rebecca Menefee recently joined M3 Insurance as an Employee Benefits Sales Manager. In this role, she provides sales leadership, and employee development support to M3’s Small Business Account Executives. She partners with the Executive Vice President of Sales on key initiatives for M3, and also provides strategic planning and execution for employee benefit new business development.
Before joining M3, Rebecca was employed as a Sales Manager with Dental Associates & CarePlus Dental Plans. Prior to that, she held positions in subrogation, account management, and sales for Anthem/Wellpoint, and United Healthcare.
Rebecca is a licensed health & life insurance agent in Wisconsin, and is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU). In addition, she is also a board member of the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council, and is on the American Heart Association (Heart Walk Committees) executive leadership team for Milwaukee and Racine/Kenosha counties.
