McLane and Reitzner Join M3 Sales Leadership Team
M3 welcomes two new additions to the sales leadership team. Michelle McLane has been named Vice President of Sales, Property & Casualty, while Brad Reitzner has moved into a new role as M3’s Director of Sales, Property & Casualty, effective June 1, 2018.
Michelle comes to M3 from Liberty Mutual/Wausau Insurance where she’s held a variety of positions since 2002, including her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Director of Broker Relations. Her years in the industry contributed to her extensive background and specialization in liability and workers’ compensation claims, client relationships and service, marketing, sales, and executive relationship management. Michelle has established a solid professional reputation and is excited to be able to use her experience and knowledge to make a direct impact on our people and organization.
Brad has been at M3 since October, 2013, and has expanded his account executive role to include directing both the Manufacturing & Distribution and P&C Captives practice groups. Prior to M3, he was a producer at TRICOR Insurance. Brad has a strong passion for leading and motivating people, and he’s looking forward to the opportunity to coach and develop M3’s P&C sales team while continuing to grow and manage his book of business.
