Cranney oversees the strategic vision for M3’s Client Services department and property and casualty small business sales team, as well as various corporate strategic projects and initiatives. He joined M3 in 2005 and works out of the Madison office.

Henderson joined M3 in 2005 and leads the M3 Financial team. M3 Financial is the M3 product line focused on life insurance planning, executive level benefits, and employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Paulsen joined M3 in 2010 in M3’s Green Bay office. His primary focus is managing risks and business insurance costs for commercial contractors. With over 15 years of industry experience, he implements strategies to assist his clients in growing their business.

Penshorn facilitates the workflow of M3’s human resources and facilities departments with company-wide focus on strategic human resource initiatives, talent management and development, compensation and benefits design, and employee relations. He joined M3 in 2003 and works out of the Madison office.

Singleton joined M3 in 2008 and has nearly 20 years of industry experience. Her primary role is to counsel clients about risk management strategies and insurance planning, placing property and casualty insurance products to help mitigate and manage their unique exposures. She works from M3’s Milwaukee office.

Each of M3’s shareholder partners is a current employee who is actively involved in our business and must sell his or her shares prior to retirement. This ownership structure ensures engagement while aligning with M3’s commitment to remain privately held.
