Lacey Endres Promoted to Director Position at M3

Lacey EndresMadison, WI –  M3 Insurance recently promoted Lacey Endres to Director of Client Services, Property & Casualty. Working primarily from M3’s Madison office, Lacey is responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership of the agency’s property & casualty client services team and CUNA Mutual Group Program.

Lacey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2000. She worked for Northwest Airlines in Minnesota for more than six years, gaining experience in domestic pricing, training incentive programs, financial analysis, and operational staffing. Lacey joined M3 in 2007 as a property & casualty Support Specialist and quickly moved to an Account Manager position. In 2012, she was promoted to Client Services Manager, Property & Casualty and served in that capacity for six years. Lacey was promoted to her current role January 2018.

Lacey is licensed in Wisconsin as a property and casualty insurance agent, and has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). She has also completed the YWomen Lead series through the YWCA. The YWomen series places a focus on women’s leadership by developing skills to support personal growth and strengthen the organization where you work.

Lacey serves as Chairperson of the Education Committee of the PIAW (Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin), and a United Way of Dane County Rosenberry member. She also volunteers her time at the VSA Arts of Wisconsin.
