Green Bay, WI – Jason Shanda recently joined M3 Insurance as an account executive specializing in employee benefits. In this role, he designs benefits insurance solutions for his clients using risk management strategies. He also consults with and advises clients throughout their policy period to ensure that their coverage continues to meet their needs.
Jason brings 15 years of experience facilitating business solutions for employers throughout Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota in regard to their benefits plans.
In addition to being a licensed health and life insurance agent, he is a member of the Fox Valley and Green Bay SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) chapters and a service member of WASBO (Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials).
Jason has also served in many community leadership roles in the Green Bay area, including board of directors/chairman positions with the Executive Business Challenge for Brown County Junior Achievement and chairman of the Town of Ledgeview Park, Recreation and Forestry Committee.
