Haylie Schmit Named WI CSR of the Year
Haylie Schmit has been named the 2019 Outstanding CSR of the Year State Winner for Wisconsin by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. She joins past M3 state winners, Lindsey Hamielec (2013) and Maggie Tirschman (2012). Tirschman was also the CSR of the Year national award winner in 2012.
Each year, a state winner is chosen by the National Alliance from a pool of nominees. The competition is open to any professional primarily responsible for customer service regardless of affiliation or professional designation. State winners are narrowed down to four finalists who go on to compete for the honor of being named the national award winner. The Outstanding National CSR of the Year is announced in September.
