As we all consume the latest news about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it’s important to think about how this affects our organization, our business partners and the communities we serve. In an effort to reassure you that your business needs will continue to be addressed during this heightened time of awareness, we at M3 would like to share a few of the actions we’ve been taking to address the potential spread of COVID-19.
An important part of our business is interacting with you. To that end, we are following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and restricting access to our offices by anyone who has visited a location identified with Level 2 or 3 health notices. This restriction also applies to those who have been on a cruise ship in the last 14 days.
In addition, we have restricted our employees from business travel to the aforementioned locations, and we’re encouraging everyone on our team to be mindful of the latest news from the CDC. Our team is prepared to make adjustments as the situation dictates.
Finally, we are reminding our teams to be considerate of your concerns when it comes to direct interactions with you. Our robust suite of technology tools enables us to offer options for hosting meetings and conversations, so if you’d prefer not having face-to-face meetings at this time, we can make accommodations. We also give M3 employees the flexibility to work from home, whether they aren’t feeling well or are uncomfortable with the situation.
