Alicia Kiser Promoted to M3 Director of Human Resources

November 2017 – Alicia Kiser has been named the new Director of Human Resources at M3 Insurance. Promoted from her previous position as Human Resources Manager, Alicia is now responsible for the direction of M3’s company-wide human resources strategy.
Balancing her time between the Milwaukee and Madison locations to better serve the agency, Alicia will continue to work closely with Zach Penshorn, Vice President of Human Resources, on strategic planning and execution of talent recruitment and retention efforts for M3. Zach said, “This promotion is a natural progression given Alicia’s performance since joining M3. In her 6 years at M3 she has made a significant impact in our talent attraction, development and retention efforts while continuing to expand her leadership responsibilities. I am excited to work with Alicia in this new capacity.”
