Marty Malloy is an account executive and the director of education and government – property and casualty for M3 Insurance. His primary role is to assist his clients in the design, implementation, and management of their risk management programs. In addition to managing and growing his book of business, as the director of the education and government practice, he serves as a subject matter expert, strategist, and thought leader, and is responsible for sharing information on trends and issues that specifically impact this practice.
Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Illinois-Urbana in 1983 and a Master of Science in risk management and insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. When joining the M3 team in April 2014, he brought 25 years of insurance and risk management experience in working with Wisconsin public entities and health care facilities.
A licensed property and casualty agent, Marty holds the following designations:
- Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management (MS)
- Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P)
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU)
- Associate in Insurance Services (AIS)
- Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM)
Marty is on the board of the Foundation for Madison's Public Schools, and is active in the foundation's Adopt-a-School program. He is also in a group that plays music at senior citizen homes.
