Brendan Bush is an account executive in the Milwaukee office of M3 Insurance. Specializing in construction and real estate, he counsels construction companies, owners, and developers on property and casualty insurance and overall commercial risk management needs. Brendan pairs his legal background with his industry experience to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients.
Brendan earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marquette University and then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Prior to joining M3 in May 2019, Brendan practiced law for eight years with concentration on complex commercial litigation venued in state and federal courts across the country. During this time in private practice, Brendan litigated a wide variety of commercial matters from case inception through appeal, including construction defect, product liability, breach of contract, commercial torts, and personal injury matters. Outside of litigation, Brendan handled a wide variety of corporate matters related to the construction and manufacturing industries including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, drafting commercial warranties and sales contracts, and advising commercial clients on best practices for overall risk management.
Brendan is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and also a state licensed property and casualty insurance agent. He has been recognized as an "Up and Coming Lawyer" by the Wisconsin Law Journal and a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers.
Committed to giving back to his community, Brendan is actively involved in his church and with Hunger Clean-Up which is Marquette University's largest and longest-running service event.
