Brad Reitzner is executive vice president of property & casualty and partner at M3 Insurance. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for the firm’s property & casualty operations, overseeing product line performance, sales growth, client retention initiatives, and practice group development. He works closely with M3’s leadership team to drive organizational growth and ensure clients receive innovative risk management and insurance solutions tailored to their evolving needs.

Since joining M3 in 2013, Brad has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the property & casualty division. His experience spans client consulting, sales leadership, and practice group management, providing him with a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today. He also serves as a member of M3’s Executive Operating Committee, helping shape the strategic direction of the organization.

Education.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville

Outside of Work.

Brad enjoys spending time with his two children, golfing, traveling, exploring Wisconsin supper clubs, and cheering on his favorite college football teams.
