Abigail Nadler, CHES, CWWPM, GBDS
Abigail Nadler is an account executive in the Madison office of M3 Insurance. Specializing in employee benefits, Abigail coordinates ongoing service for clients to ensure that their coverage meets their needs. She consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation and management of their benefit programs.
Abigail earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health promotion and wellness with a double minor of occupational health & safety and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She began her career with M3 in 2005, and was instrumental in helping M3 pioneer employer-based wellness programs in Wisconsin. In 2007, she was honored with the opportunity to work with the state of Wisconsin to develop their employee worksite wellness program plan. In January 2017, Abigail was promoted to her current position as account executive.
Abigail is a licensed life and health insurance agent in Wisconsin. She has received the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS), Certiﬁed Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM) through the National Institute of Wellness, and Certiﬁed Health Education Specialist (CHES) designations. In addition, Abigail holds faculty status with the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA), and was was chosen as one of WELCOA’s Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals in the United States in 2015.
Abigail is a member of the Leadership Greater Madison (LGM24), and the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resources. She is also on the board of directors for several industry organizations, including: the Wellness Council of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Physical Activity and Nutrition Program (WIPAN), and the Wisconsin Initiative to Promote Healthy Lifestyles (WIPHL). She has had a key role in leading statewide presentations on the legal issues in worksite wellness programming and the promotion of Wisconsin Worksite Wellness Resource Kit. Throughout her career, she has presented on behalf of state and national organizations such as WELCOA, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). Abigail also volunteers her free time to organizations such as the Road Home, United Way, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
