Consulting on employee benefits programs is also an area where Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum assists schools. Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum consults with schools in developing employee benefit programs. An element of which often includes implementing and facilitating concensus building committees on employee benefit packages. Many schools have found that this consensus building process is the only way they have found to make meaningful benefit plan design changes. We also provide consulting services to analyze the effectiveness of employee benefit insurance plans.
