One of the most important ways M3 helps you administer your insurance is to help you with compliance. Our Governmental Compliance Unit (GCU) is dedicated to giving you and your staff the information and guidelines you need to observe the government rules. M3 is one of the few agencies that has staff assigned to deliver this critical service. Working with insurance professionals from Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty, the GCU covers the gamut of government rules and laws for your business.

  • GCU seminars give you the overview of a new rule, explaining the main points and what aspects of your operation it will affect.
  • GCU also offers workshops that take a closer look at the application of the rule. You’ll learn what your business has to do to comply and how to do it.
  • If you need help in a specific situation, call us. We can come to your site to train your HR staff on HIPAA or help with OSHA record keeping. Or we can put you in touch with an employment lawyer who can advise you.
