M3 Insurance is excited to be rolling out a brand new program this year,
M3YOU (Your Opportunity Uncovered). As part of this program, M3 is looking to add business insurance associates to our team.
M3YOU is a rotational career development program that will help associates launch a rewarding insurance career. The program is customized based on the desired career path and offers a full time position upon successful program completion.
M3YOU gives associates the opportunity to leverage existing skills while expanding industry knowledge, insurance acumen, and business experience. Associates gain intense insurance education to help develop subject matter expertise. This hands-on program offers experiential learning through projects, job shadowing, coaching, and mentoring. Professional skills will be developed through formal training, client interaction, networking, & relationship building.
